here the black summer truffle gets the perfect platform to present itself in its most beautiful aroma dress. as an accompaniment, of course, it has our cheese mix at his side and a sparkling wine attached for ease.

with the cheese
many a recipe consists of a thousand ingredients. but not our foodü, it only takes two … schlossberger and appenberger! the hard schlossberger, equipped with salt crystals, is responsible for the correct salt content in the foodü. the red-smeared appenberger ensures that it is nice and creamy and that it gets the necessary “bang”. We make the two splendid guys exclusively from raw milk, which our farmers bring to the dairy twice a day. the milk is processed immediately after it arrives and is not temporarily stored in a tank. In winter the cows eat hay and in summer grass, this leads to changes in the milk and ultimately also in the cheese. When mixing the cheeses, we carefully pay attention to the degree of ripeness in order to make your mix as constant as possible. nevertheless, at jumi foodü you can feel the influence of mother nature and the mood of the cows. beautiful!
