Marcello from Jumi in London brought us a bottle of his favourite single malt whisky. Of course, this bottle had to be tasted at dinner with a raclette. After the 5th glass, the conversations became deeper and the idea matured. And so, the combination for our latest raclette creation was born. We carefully prick the cheese wheel by hand so that the Port Charlotte single malt from the Bruichladdich distillery can soak into the cheese during the maturing process. The liquid gold comes from a distillery right by the sea on the Scottish hebrides and matures for years in the massive oak casks.
