A crumbly cows-milk blue cheese, which has been a long-time fan favourite.
The cheese ceased production following the retirement of its solitary producer in 2021. Three years later, we restarted production of the fruity cheese, in an attempt to recreate its magic.
At one-year maturation, it’s on the older side for a blue cheese, however, this delivers a crystal-like snap to add to the spicy flavours it exhibits.
