grottin comes from Lausanne, near Forel. Every week Sanna of the jumi gang is driving fast to romandie where her car gets packed of these nice small grottin. Sanna must be attentive and act quickly before rushing back to the jumi stall at the market in Bern as typically everyone tries to stop her on her way back to steal some! Sanna puts herself in danger every week to bring some of this delicious cheese back to you and me! Creamy, crumbly & funky.
