It was always Finä’s dream. Cafe dö Paris is a spice blend that originated from a Geneva brasserie and is usually used in herb butter. But why not cheese for the unmistakable taste? As in the secret original recipe of the spice mix, we have collected exactly different spices and herbs for our raclette. These are individually roasted, Mixed, mortared and finally brought together to form the legendary mixture and cheesed into our raclette cheese. In this sense, two Swiss classics combined!
